Busy busy fun fun lives!!

I have been HORRIBLE at updating the blog lately! The boys keep me so busy and it seems we are always on the go! Blake is walking, jabbering (few understandable words :) ) and has four teeth. Jacob is finally going through a minor growth spurt and getting a little taller and feet a little bigger requiring a few new clothing items :) They are both so smart and so sweet! Jacob had a very fun 3rd birthday party at Rays Splash Planet (indoor water park). We had so much fun! I can not believe he is three!! Jacob and Blake are so sweet together, and it is rare you find one without the other. Although they have discovered the joys of being boys including digging in the dirt, wrestling, climbing on everything, and just being wild! Most of these things we never taught them :) Pictures to come soon...I promise! I am going to attempt to upload the pictures from my phone, which could be a technology venture for me!

CATCH UP!

Ok, so since the new year has started we have had a lot going on. In the short, Blake turned one in January, started taking steps in February and full blown walking by March. He is attempting to say a lot of words, he can point to his feet, eyes, nose, tongue, head and ears. And the boy eats like he has two hollow legs :) You would never know he only has two and a half (yes I said half, he is the slowest teether I have ever seen!) teeth. Jacob decided in January that he really loves to learn so we bought some preschool books and have been doing "school" at home. In February he was able to quote Genesis 1:1 and Proverbs 2:2 and by March he added John 3:16. John got me an iphone in March and in about 3 days Jacob became an ipone genius and was teaching mommy how to use it :) We have had lots of play dates, birthday parties, and visited Monkey Joes a few times too in addition to our daily around the house activities and outdoor play time.

Now that he is walking I seem to be finding him more times than not into something mischievous :)

Although they don't look so thrilled, they insisted on both driving the car at the same time.

They love to swing outside but often make me switch the direction of Blakes swing so they can go the other way :)

We can not believe our baby is one!!! He is growing as quickly as he entered the world :) We are so blessed to have such beautiful boys!! Enjoy a few pics from Blakes birthday party at the community center indoor play ground....

Merry Christmas 2010!!

Christams this year was such a blast!!! The boys were so much fun!! Jacob could not get enough presents to open :) He actually didnt even care what was in the wrapping it was just the unwrapping that was fun. Hahaha! Kids are so funny! Enjoy the pics of our Christmas memories...

The End of 2010

WOW! What an awesome end of the year. It is true what they say.....when there's two its all new!! We had so much fun!!! There is nothing better than watching our boys grow together. They are great little buddies and loved doing everything together! Trick or treating was a blast with our Woody and Buzz duo! We had so much fun doing pumpkin patches, and fun days at Discovery Place Kids. And we cant forget Thanksgiving!! Both our boys loved chowing down on some Thanksgiving treats, wagon rides with the cousins, and fun outside time in the leaves and cool breeze of the fall. Christmas was an awesome experience as well....but more of that to come in a later post. Enjoy our memories of an awesome end of 2010.
